Thanks Again, Paul–15 February 2024
The year long saga to clear the Ruru track of a big kahikatea that came down during Cyclone Gabrielle is finally over thanks to our amazing friend and volunteer, Paul, who is a Trainer/Assessor in the Arbocultural department at Treescape. Last year, Paul removed the huge tree which was too big for us to handle.

On Sunday 25 February, CUE Haven is partnering with The Forest Bridge Trust to connect and engage with nature at CUE Haven. Katherine & Friends–4 February 2024
Our 2024 volunteer season got off to a great start with a special team of volunteers. In January 2013, Katherine was participant in the very first Duke of Edinburgh’s Hillary Award gold residential we had at CUE Haven. We were very happy when Katherine got in touch about bringing some friends out for a volunteer

Knapman-Smith Family Visit
The Knapman-Smith family have made many wonderful contributions to CUE Haven over the years. They established Lisa’s Wish Grove and continue to help maintain it and in 2021 made and installed beautiful carved timber signs for the roads, groves and walking tracks.
